When booking an event or product, we ask for information such as your name, phone number, and email address. We use this to confirm your participation, inform you, and – if necessary – contact you.

4.2 Emergency Phone Number
For events, we ask for an emergency phone number (for example, of someone staying at home) so we can use it in case of an incident.

4.3 Address Information
Address information is requested when an invoice is desired or products are to be shipped.

4.4 Communication via WhatsApp
For some events, we add participants to a WhatsApp group to share information. Your phone number is only visible to administrators, contacts you already have in your phone, or people with whom you already share a chat. You can set who can see your profile picture and name.
