What can you do with the Rondobox?
In the Rondobox you will find the complete package with route info, gpx files and of this rondo filled with goodies and sports nutrition for on the road. And of course your reward: The must-have Rondo Cycling pin with emblem of every Ronde!
Bought a Rondobox in a physical store or received it as a gift?
In the Rondobox you will find a unique start code link in the lid (one-time use). After check-in, arranged in a few clicks via our website, you will receive the Digital Rondoguide with the GPX files by email.
Rondobox purchased in the GRANRONDO.cc Online Shop
Directly after ordering you will receive the Digital Rondoguide with the GPX files by email. The RondoBox will follow by post within a few days.
Where is the start code link?
Rondobox purchased in a physical store
You can find the start code link under the lid of the Rondobox.
Bought a Rondobox in the GRANRONDO.cc Online Shop
You do not need a Startcode link. Immediately after ordering, the Digital Rondoguide with the GPX files is available directly in your account.
How does checking in with the start code work?
Check-in with start code:
1. Start code link - In the Rondebox there is a start code link that you can enter in your web browser. This will take you to your Start list.
2. Start list - Optionally add other products and/or a donation and press the [Continue to check-in] button.
3. Check in - Check your order, add an extra discount code if necessary, fill in your details and place your order.
You will immediately receive an email with the Digital Tour Guide and GPX files.

Fast delivery by PostNL
We will have your package, your order, delivered by PostNL.
Orders placed on weekdays (Mon-Fri) are generally shipped within 24 hours, provided they are in stock.
This means that usually 1 or 2 days later your package is shipped to an address in the Netherlands and Belgium. And 2 to 4 days for an address in Germany and France.
Confirmation / Track & Trace
After placing your order, you will receive an email with a link to the order confirmation. When the order is packed and ready for shipment, you will receive another message with a link from PostNL containing the Track & Trace code. This link shows where your package is located at that moment and when it will be delivered to you.
You can check the exact status of your package via PostNL's Track & Trace. It is also possible to specify your work address or another address as the delivery address. Do you want to have control over the delivery day or select a pickup point yourself? Then create an account at www.postnl.nl Here you can indicate your preferences regarding the delivery of your order.
When you are not at home
If a package cannot be delivered to you because you are not at home, you can see in the PostNL app to which pickup location the shipment is taken. You will also be notified of this by email. Your order will be kept at this location for 7 days. When you wish to pick up the shipment, you must identify yourself.
Package at agreed location
This is a place around the house where the package is dry and safe. PostNL offers three standard options: the shed, garden, or garage. Please note, with this option, the responsibility, from the moment the package is delivered, is no longer with GRANRONDO.cc, but with the recipient.
GPX and Tour Guide directly by email
Digital Rondoguide with the GPX files available directly in your account.
You need to save the files yourself on your phone, computer, or other storage medium.
No Rondobox yet, but cycling today or tomorrow
Let's say you want to ride the Rondo today or tomorrow, but you still need to order a Rondobox... no problem!
If the Rondobox is for yourself, the Digital Rondoguide with the GPX files is available directly in your account. This gives you all the information you need to ride the Rondo.
In principle, it is not necessary to wait for the delivery of your Rondobox.
Pick up in store
Can you also pick up the Rondebox at a store?
We do not have our own store on-site or location for picking up products. The Round Boxes are available at a number of bicycle shops.
Help with ordering
How to order?
You can place your order by adding all desired items to the start list. When you then click on the shopping bag icon, you will see an overview of the ordered products; in this screen, you can change quantities or remove items.
If your start list is complete to your satisfaction, then press the button "proceed to checkout." In the next screen, you will see the order overview and can fill in a start code / coupon, your personal and address details.
Every subsequent order
After your first order, you can always log in to your account using just your email address. You do not need a password, but you will receive a code via email each time you log in. For your next order, you can log in this way so you do not have to enter the full address details each time.

Email update
As soon as you place an order with us, you will receive an email with your order details, a digital invoice, and payment information. We will keep you continuously updated via email about the status of your order. We will send you an email as soon as your payment is received and once your order has been shipped.
If the order is unexpectedly unavailable or temporarily out of stock, we will also inform you immediately about the delivery time.

Via the shop
- Add items you want to order to the start list and press the button [continue to checkout] at the bottom.
- On the checkout page, you can enter the discount code in the `Start code / Coupon' field. Enter the code exactly (numbers, letters, dashes). You will receive a confirmation when the code is entered correctly.
Via the ticket system
- Add the tickets you want to order.
- At checkout, you can enter your code. Enter the code exactly (numbers, letters, dashes). You will receive a confirmation when the code is entered correctly.
Terms and conditions for discount codes
- Read the terms and conditions before using the discount code. These may vary by code.
- A digital discount code can be used a maximum of once per order for an online order.
- Usually, only one discount code can be used per order.
- The nature, duration, and expiration date of an offer and other specific usage conditions can be found in the communication in which the discount code is included. Each discount code is valid for a certain period. After this period, the discount code can no longer be used.
- You cannot use discount codes for outstanding orders.
- You cannot exchange discount codes for cash.
- You cannot receive a discount on products other than those for which the respective discount code promotion applies and which are further described in the communications in which the discount code is included.
- Discount codes are issued once. In case of theft or loss, no compensation will be provided. Loss also includes (accidentally) deleting emails.

Returns or changes
Can you return an order?
You may return a product within 14 days of receipt. For return instructions, please contact mr@granrondo.cc
Returns are possible when the item:
• is undamaged,
• has not been worn or used, and
• is in the original packaging.
Excluded from returns:
Products with digital content, food items, and personalized items, such as the Rondebox and Rondepakketten.
The costs for returning are at your own expense.
We recommend sending the package with track & trace; this way, proof of shipment is retained.
After receiving and checking the returned product, the purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded to your account as soon as possible, no later than within 14 days.
Welcome Package
Products provided for free or with (welcome) discount are not returnable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Donations
Donations to charity are, of course, non-returnable.
Is it possible to cancel event participation?
Go on your own adventure with Rondo Pack
Upon placing your order, you receive immediate access to the Tour Guide and GPX files. Just like the donations to the charity, the digital files are naturally non-returnable. Consequently, orders cannot be cancelled or returned.
Events
If you are unable to attend an event, you can go on a "Self-Adventure" on another date using the received Tour Guide and route files. Event extras (such as drinks) will be forfeited. No refunds will be given.
If you have ordered a Rondobox, you can pick it up at a future event or have it shipped for standard shipping costs by emailing mr@granrondo.cc
Tickets are personal and therefore non-transferable to someone else.
Can I transfer my event ticket to someone else?
Yes, at events you can transfer your ticket to someone else by emailing mr@granrondo.cc.
It is not allowed to resell a ticket for a higher price than the original ticket price.
Subscription / Rondoneurs
What is a Rondoneur?
A Randonneur is a mix of a...
- Granrondo rider (derived from granfondo), who enjoys solid challenges in circles.
- Randonneur, the long-distance cyclist.
- Ambassador who helps the community grow.
What is the Gran Rondo Palmares?
The Gran Rondo Palmares is your own overview page within GranRondo.cc. Here you can see your cycling achievements and rides:
- which laps you have driven,
- when you have done them,
- whether it was road or gravel,
- your times and performances per route.
This way you build up your personal list of achievements step by step and you can always look back at the adventures you have already experienced.
Rondoneur Rides and Social Rondo... What is the Difference?
Rondoneur Rides
These are group rides for Rondoneurs and newcomers. As a Rondoneur, you can participate for free.
Social Rondo's
These are group rides (Social Rides) that are organized in a slightly more extensive manner than the Rondoneur Rides, for which non-members can also register (for a fee).
When participating in Social Rondo's, you only pay a small contribution of €7, for which you receive two drinks, among other things (regular participation fee starting from 15 euros).
How can I cancel my membership?
You can cancel before the next payment term expires in your account > subscription .
Rondos
Can you ride the rondos every day?
Yes, you can ride the tours at your own pace whenever you like. You don't need to specify a date.
During major cycling events or races, sections of the route may be inaccessible or have limited access. Check the Cycling Calendar , the NDW website (not mobile), and/or the Belgian Cycling Calendar for more information.

For events there is of course a specific date.
Where is the starting location?
On your own initiative
If you go on your own initiative, you can start anywhere on the circle.
Are you coming from further away? Then you might start at a hospitality location along the route, which are mentioned in the Rondoguide, so you can enjoy a drink and/or a tasty (snack) to begin or conclude your journey.

Events
Check the event info for the starting location.
Can you ride the rondos the other way around?
Most Rondos are suitable for cycling in the opposite direction.
Sometimes it can be tricky due to ferry sailing times or climbs with cobblestones that are best avoided.
More information about this can be found in the Digital Rondoguide, which you will receive when you order the Tour Box.
At events there is always a designated direction.
Do you have to ride a lap in one go?
You don't have to, you can also do it for several days. Do you do it in one go or do you stay overnight? The choice is yours!
Can you participate as a group?
Yes, that is definitely possible.
Group discount: If you place multiple Rondoboxes for the entire group of 3 people or more in one order, you will receive free shipping and a 15% discount.
How can you merge individual rides into 1 circle on Strava / Komoot?
1 - Download the GPX files of your individual activities. With Strava this is only possible via your account on a desktop computer.
2 - Merge the downloaded GPX files on this site: https://gotoes.org/strava/
3 - Delete your old loose activities.
4 - Upload a new activity with the merged GPX file.
With Komoot Premium the above steps are not necessary, you can merge the individual rides into a multi-day tour. That is then only visible in Komoot.
