You may return a product within 14 days of receipt . For return instructions, please contact mr@granrondo.cc
Returns are possible if the item:
โข is undamaged ,
โข has not been worn or used , and
โข is in the original packaging .
Excluded from returns:
Products with digital content , food products and personalized items , such as the Rondebox and Rondepakketten .
The costs for the return are at your own expense.
We recommend sending the package with track & trace; this way, proof of shipment is preserved.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, the purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded to your account as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days.
Welcome package
Products provided free of charge or with a (welcome) discount cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
Donations
Donations to charity are naturally non-refundable.
